حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ مَاهَانَ ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، نَا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ ، عَنْ مِسْعَرِ بْنِ كِدَامٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي جَاءَ : " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ : هُوَ الْقَدَحُ الَّذِي يُسْكَرُ مِنْهُ " ، هَذَا هُوَ الصَّحِيحُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، أَنَّهُ مِنْ قَوْلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ.
The narration transmitted from Hammad that "Every intoxicating thing is forbidden; what is meant is that cup by which intoxication occurs"—the correct view is that this is the statement of Ibrahim al-Nakha'i.
