حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ قَرِينٍ الْعُثْمَانِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، نَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ أَبِي صَابِرٍ ، نَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مِنْ بَنَى فِي رِبَاعِ قَوْمٍ بِإِذْنِهِمْ فَلَهُ الْقِيمَةُ ، وَمَنْ بَنَى بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَهُ النَّقْضُ " .
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever builds a structure on someone else's place with his permission, then payment of the price will be obligatory upon him. And whoever builds there without the owner's permission, then that structure will be demolished."
