Al-Zuhri narrates: I asked Urwah about a person who has intercourse but does not ejaculate, so Urwah replied: "People's opinion is that they follow the last command of the Prophet (peace be upon him)." Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) told me this: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do the same before and would not perform ghusl, but this was before the conquest of Mecca. After that, he started performing ghusl and instructed people to do so (in such a situation) as well."
