Amr bin Shuraid narrates that Sayyiduna Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) made a deal for his house with Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him). Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: I will not pay you more than four hundred dirhams. Sayyiduna Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: If I had not heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, “The neighbor has more right to his neighbor’s property,” (then I would not have sold it to you). Saqbah means the nearness of a place.
