نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ صِدِّيقِ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، كَذَا قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَعْصُبَةَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْمِيرَاثِ إِلا مَا حَمَلَ الْقَسَمَ " .
Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father in a similar manner, in which it is mentioned that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only that inheritance can be distributed which is able to be distributed."
