نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا خَلادُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، نَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي صِدِّيقُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَعْصُبَةَ عَلَى الْمِيرَاثِ إِلا مَا حَمَلَ الْقَسَمَ " .
Muhammad bin Abu Bakr narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Only that inheritance is distributed which can be distributed."
