نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ ، نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ نَعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبًّا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ " .
Adi al-Kindi narrates that two men brought a dispute before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). One of them said: This land is mine, it belongs to me. The other said: This land is mine, I cultivate and farm it. So the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) took an oath from the person who possessed the land and gave the verdict in his favor.
