نَا ابْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ ، قَالا : نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ ، نَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ سُمَيْعٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " حَلَّفَ طَالِبَ الْحَقِّ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ " .
Imam Ja'far bin Sadiq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (Imam Muhammad Baqir, may Allah have mercy on him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took an oath from the person seeking the right, and he had a witness with him.
