نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَذْعُورٍ ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، نَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الصَّدَفِيُّ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ الشَّامِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فَلَهُ وَلاؤُهُ " ، الصَّدَفِيُّ ، ضَعِيفٌ ، وَالَّذِي قَبْلَهُ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever accepts Islam at the hand of someone, then that person will have the right of wala’ (allegiance) over the former."
