نَا نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْحَنَّاطُ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يُونُسَ السَّرَّاجُ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، وَمَالِكٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ " عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ وَسَرِيَّةٌ ، فَوَلَدَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا غُلامًا وَأَرْضَعَتِ الأُخْرَى جَارِيَةً ، هَلْ يَصِحُّ لِلْغُلامِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْجَارِيَةَ ، فَقَالَ : لا اللِّقَاحُ وَاحِدٌ " .
Amr bin Shuraid reports that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about a man who has a wife and a slave woman; one of them gives birth to a boy and the other gives birth to a girl. Is it permissible for the boy to marry the slave woman's daughter? He replied: "No! Because the seed is one."
