نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَطَّامِيِّ ، نَا أَبُو الْمُهَزِّمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : " إِنَّ فُلانًا تَزَوَّجَ وَقَدْ أَرْضَعْتُهُمَا ، قَالَ : فَكَيْفَ أَرْضَعْتِهِمَا ؟ ، قَالَتْ : أَرْضَعْتُ الْجَارِيَةَ وَهِيَ ابْنَةُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ وَنِصْفٍ ، وَأَرْضَعْتُ الْغُلامَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلاثِ سِنِينَ ، فَقَالَ : اذْهَبِي فَقُولِي لَهُ فَلْيُضَاجِعْهَا هَنِيئًا مَرِيئًا لا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ الْفِطَامِ ، وَإِنَّمَا يُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ مَا فِي الْمَهْدِ " ، ابْنُ الْقَطَّامِيِّ ، ضَعِيفٌ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A woman came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "So-and-so has gotten married, while I have breastfed both the husband and wife." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "When did you breastfeed them?" The woman replied, "I breastfed the girl when she was six and a half years old, and I breastfed the boy when he was three years old." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Go and tell him to live happily with his wife, because the ruling of breastfeeding does not apply after the age of breastfeeding. The breastfeeding that establishes prohibition is that which occurs when the child is in the cradle."
