نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عِيسَى ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَاسَرْجِسِيُّ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ ، نَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ ، إِلا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ " .
Sayyiduna Amr bin Kharijah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A bequest is not for an heir, except if the other heirs agree (to it)."
