حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، وَعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالُوا : نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ بَكَّارِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ إِذَا جَاءَهُ أَمْرٌ يَسُرُّهُ خَرَّ سَاجِدًا لِلَّهِ " .
Bakkar bin Abdul Aziz narrates from his father, from his grandfather: Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) received good news, he would prostrate before Allah Almighty (i.e., perform the prostration of gratitude).
