Hadith 4281

نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْجَمَالُ ، نَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْجُنَيْدِ أَبُو صَالِحٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ ، نَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّمَا هَلَكَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ ، حِينَ حَدَّثَ فِيهِمُ الْمُوَلَّدُونَ أَبْنَاءُ سَبَايَا الأُمَمِ ، فَوَضَعُوا الرَّأْيَ فَضَلُّوا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Children of Israel were destroyed when the children of captive women began to introduce new things among them; these people began to present their own opinions and thus they fell into misguidance."
