Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person frees a slave, then his property remains with him (the slave), except if the one who freed him has stipulated a condition regarding that property (then the ruling will be different)."
