Hadith 4233

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الْقَافْلانِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارُ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْقَزِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا وَلَدَتْ أُمُّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَعْتَقَهَا وَلَدُهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: When the mother of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him) gave birth to him, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Her child has set her free."
