نَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْكَلْوَذَانِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو السَّكَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ السَّكَنِ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، نَا رِشْدِينُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَمَا أَحْرَزَهُ الْعَدُوُّ ، وَوَجَدَهُ صَاحِبُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَهُوَ لَهُ " ، رِشْدِينُ ، ضَعِيفٌ.
Salim narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If an enemy takes possession of property, and before it is distributed (as spoils of war), its owner finds it, then he will get it." The narrator of this narration, "Rushdin," is weak.
