حَدَّثَنَا رُزَيْقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْجُشَمِيُّ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ فِي الْفَيْءِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَهُوَ لَهُ ، وَمَنْ وَجَدَهُ بَعْدَمَا قُسِمَ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ شَيْءٌ " ، إِسْحَاقُ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ مَتْرُوكٌ.
Salim bin Abdullah narrates from his father that I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) say: "Whoever finds his (former) property among the spoils of war before the spoils are distributed, then it will be returned to him. But whoever finds it after the distribution, he will not receive anything." The narrator named Ishaq is Ishaq bin Abu Furwah, and he is abandoned (matruk).
