حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، نَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْخَفَّافُ أَبُو يَحْيَى ، نَا عَبْدُ السَّلامِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، نَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا خَرَجَ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ دَارِ الشِّرْكِ قَبْلَ سَيِّدِهِ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ ، وَإِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ رُدَّ إِلَيْهِ ، وَإِذَا خَرَجَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ دَارِ الشِّرْكِ قَبْلَ زَوْجِهَا ، تَزَوَّجَتْ مَنْ شَاءَتْ ، وَإِذَا خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ رُدَّتْ إِلَيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a slave leaves the dominion of the polytheists before his master, he will be considered free, and if he leaves after his master, he will be returned to his master. Similarly, if a woman leaves the dominion of the polytheists before her husband, she may marry whomever she wishes, but if she leaves after her husband, she will be returned to her husband."
