Sayyiduna Abu Sa‘id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the occasion of the Battle of Autas, we came across some captive women. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed: “No person should have intercourse with a pregnant woman until she gives birth to her child, and as for a woman who is not pregnant, no one should have intercourse with her until she has had one menstrual cycle.”
