قَالَ : وَنا قَالَ : وَنا الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ النَّضْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : " أَسْهَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلْفَرَسِ سَهْمَيْنِ ، وَلِصَاحِبِهِ سَهْمًا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave two shares to the horse and one share to the horseman.
