لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍNo bequest for an heir

نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، نَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا أَجِدُ لَهَا شَيْئًا " ، لَيْسَ فِيهِ عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have not found anything for this (i.e., I have not found any command regarding giving it in inheritance)."
