لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍNo bequest for an heir

نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، نَا حَجَّاجٌ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا تَجُوزُ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِوَارِثٍ ، إِلا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible to make a bequest in favor of an heir, except if the other heirs agree (to it)."
