نَا نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، نَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : وَأَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، وَقَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْجَدَّ يُقَاسِمُ الإِخْوَةَ لِلأَبِ وَالأُمِّ مَا كَانَتْ " .
It is narrated about Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he gave this ruling: in the presence of full siblings of the deceased, the grandfather will also be a shareholder, no matter how many full siblings there are.
