Hadith 4128

نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْخَوْلانِيُّ حِمْصِيٌّ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيُّ ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأَسْقَعِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تُحْرِزُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلاثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ : عَتِيقَهَا ، وَوَلِيدَهَا ، وَالْوَلَدَ الَّذِي لاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Wathilah bin Asqa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A woman inherits from three people: from her freed slave (male or female), from her children, and from the child because of whom she performed li’an (mutual cursing).”
