بَابُ مَا تَبَقَّى بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ لِلْعَصَبَةِChapter on what remains after the obligatory shares goes to the agnates
Hadith 4092

نَا نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نَا مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، قَالَ : " الدِّيَةُ تُقْسَمُ عَلَى فَرَائِضِ اللَّهِ فَيَرِثُ مِنْهَا كُلُّ وَارِثٍ " .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The blood money will be distributed according to the obligations prescribed by Allah, and the heir will take his share from it."
