وَأَخْبَرَنِي وَأَخْبَرَنِي سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِي ، عَنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، قَالَ : " قُسِمَتْ مَوَارِيثُ أَصْحَابِ الْحَرَّةِ ، فَوَرِثَ الأَحْيَاءُ مِنَ الأَمْوَاتِ ، وَلَمْ يَرِثِ الأَمْوَاتُ مِنَ الأَمْوَاتِ " .
Abu al-Zinad narrates: During the incident of Harrah, the inheritance of those who were killed was distributed, and the living people were made heirs of the deceased, but the deceased were not made heirs of one another.
