نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ وَجَمَاعَةٌ ، قَالُوا : نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ مُظَاهِرٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " طَلاقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ ، وَقُرْؤُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A slave woman can be given two divorces and her waiting period ('iddah) will be two menstrual cycles." With another chain of narration, it is transmitted: Lady Aisha says: "A slave woman can be given two divorces and her waiting period will be two menstrual cycles."
