بَابٌ فِي وُجُوبِ الْغُسْلِ بِالْتِقَاءِ الْخِتَانَيْنِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُنْزِلْChapter on the obligation of ghusl when the two circumcised parts meet, even if there is no ejaculation

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأُبُلِّيُّ ، نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ، نا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْمَازِنِيُّ حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثنا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمَاءِ جَنَابَةٌ ، وَلا عَلَى الأَرْضِ جَنَابَةٌ ، وَلا عَلَى الثَّوْبِ جَنَابَةٌ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Impurity due to major ritual impurity (janabah) does not affect water, does not affect the earth, and does not affect clothing (i.e., if a person in a state of janabah puts his hand in water, lies on the ground, or wears a garment, they do not become impure)."
