نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ ، نَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ الأَبَّارُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : " الْخَلِيَّةُ ، وَالْبَرِيَّةُ ، وَالْبَتَّةُ ، وَالْبَائِنُ ، وَالْحَرَامُ ثَلاثًا ، لا تَحِلُّ لَهُمْ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا " .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Three divorces take effect through the words bariyah, batta, bain, and haram, and that woman will not be lawful for the man until she marries another (becoming divorced or widowed)."
