نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْكُوفِيُّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِبَغْدَادَ ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي دَارِمٍ ، قَالا : نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ الأَسَدِيُّ ، نَا طَرِيفُ بْنُ نَاصِحٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ " عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاثًا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَقَالَ : أَتَعْرِفُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؟ ، قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي ثَلاثًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَرَدَّهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى السُّنَّةِ " ، هَؤُلاءِ كُلُّهُمْ مِنَ الشِّيعَةِ ، وَالْمَحْفُوظُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَاحِدَةً فِي الْحَيْضِ.
Abu Zubair narrates: I asked Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar about a person who divorces his wife during her menstruation, so Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, said: "Do you know Ibn Umar?" I replied: "Yes." He said: "During the blessed time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), I gave my wife three divorces, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) made me give divorces according to the Sunnah." All the narrators of this narration are Shia; the preserved narration is: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar gave his wife one divorce during her menstruation.
