نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ أَبُو حَامِدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْمُنْكَدِرِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبَاحِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْجَوْزَجَانِيُّ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ سُهَيْلٍ ، قَالا : نَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ، نَا سَلْمُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَتِ الأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الرَّجُلِ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ اشْتَرَاهَا لَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a slave woman is the wife of a man and that man gives her two divorces, then he buys that slave woman, she will not be lawful for him until she marries another husband (and becomes a widow or is divorced by him)."
