Ubaid bin Umair narrates: Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) once saw a man whose foot had a dry spot where water had not reached during ablution. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: "Did you participate in the prayer with this ablution?" Then Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered him: "Wash that dry spot and repeat the prayer."
