نَا نَا جَعْفَرٌ ، نَا مُوسَى ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، نَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا رُدَّ مَعَهَا نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا رُدَّ الْعُشْرُ " ، وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ ، عَامِرٌ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ.
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If the slave girl is previously married, then the buyer will return half of a tenth (i.e., one twentieth of the original price), and if she is a virgin, then a tenth (i.e., one tenth of the original price) will be returned." The narrator named 'Amir did not witness the time of Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
