Hadith 3832

نَا نَا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، قَالَ : " إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الأَمَةَ ، ثُمَّ أَصَابَهَا ، ثُمَّ وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا بَعْدَ إِصَابَتِهِ ، أَخَذَ قِيمَةَ الْعَيْبِ " ، هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ .
Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father (Imam Baqir, may Allah be pleased with him): Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When a person buys a slave girl, then has intercourse with her, and after having intercourse finds a defect in her, he will take back a portion of the price according to the defect." This narration is mursal.
