Hadith 3824

نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ ، نَا مُعَلَّى ، نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، نَا أَبُو الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَشَفَ خِمَارَ امْرَأَةٍ ، وَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهَا ، فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الصَّدَاقُ دَخَلَ بِهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا " .
Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever lifts a woman's veil and looks at her, the payment of the dowry becomes obligatory upon him, whether he has had intercourse with the woman or not."
