نَا نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ، نَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، نَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَغْلَقَ بَابًا ، وَأَرْخَى سِتْرًا ، أَوْ رَأْي عَوْرَةً ، فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّدَاقُ " .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When a man closes the door and draws the curtain, or looks at the private part of the woman, then the payment of the dowry becomes obligatory upon him."
