نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، أنا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ الْمَكِّيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْبَصْرِيِّ ، ،أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ مِقْسَمًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَمَرَ الْوَاطِئَ فِي الْعِرَاكِ بِصَدَقَةٍ دِينَارٍ ، وَإِنْ وَطِئَهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ بِصَدَقَةٍ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) instructed that a person who has intercourse (with his wife) during her menstruation should give one dinar in charity, and if someone has intercourse with a woman after she becomes pure but before she performs ghusl (ritual bath), then he should give half a dinar in charity.
