Hadith 3729

نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ ، نَا أَبُو الأَشْعَثِ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نَا الْحَجَّاجُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ فَلَهَا ثَلاثٌ ثُمَّ تُقْسَمُ " .
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When a man marries a previously married woman, he should stay with her for three days, then begin the division (among the wives)."
