نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ ، نَا جَدِّي ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ " عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتْبَعُ الْمَرْأَةَ حَرَامًا ثُمَّ يَنْكِحُ ابْنَتَهَا ، أَوْ يَتْبَعُ ، الابْنَةَ ، ثُمَّ يَنْكِحُ أُمَّهَا ، قَالَ : لا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلالَ " .
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a person who commits a forbidden act with a woman and then later marries her daughter, or after committing a forbidden act with a woman, later marries her mother. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No forbidden thing makes anything lawful forbidden."
