Hadith 3675

نَا نَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا أَبُو السَّائِبِ سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَلِيٌّ : " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً مَجْنُونَةً ، أَوْ جَذْمَاءَ ، أَوْ بِهَا بَرَصٌ ، أَوْ بِهَا قَرْنٌ ، فَهِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ " .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a person marries a woman who is insane, afflicted with leprosy, afflicted with leukoderma, or a woman with an obstruction in her private part, then that woman will be considered his wife. If the man wishes, he may keep her with him, otherwise he may divorce her."
