Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a woman is married to a man by deception, and that woman has insanity, leprosy, or vitiligo, then the woman will receive the dowry, because the man has had relations with her, and the man will recover the amount of the dowry from the woman's guardian who arranged the marriage by deception."
