نِكَاحُ الْمُحْرِمِMarriage during Ihram
Hadith 3657

نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ ، نَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلالٍ ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُمَا حَلالانِ " .
Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married her, both of them were not in the state of ihram at that time.
