نِكَاحُ الْمُحْرِمِMarriage during Ihram
Hadith 3655

نَا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ ، نَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، نَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ حَلالا ، وَبَنَى بِهَا حَلالا ، وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفَ " .
Yazid bin Asam narrates: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) married Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), he was not in the state of ihram at that time, and when Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) was sent off (i.e., the marriage was consummated), the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was also not in the state of ihram at that time. Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) passed away at a place called Sarif.
