نِكَاحُ الْمُحْرِمِMarriage during Ihram

نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقُوهُسْتَانِيُّ ، نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَاسِبٍ ، نَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : لا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ ، وَلا يُنْكِحُ ، وَلا يَخْطُبُ ، وَلا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ " .
Nafi‘ narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): He reported from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: “A person in the state of ihram cannot contract marriage himself, nor can he arrange the marriage of someone else, nor can he propose marriage, nor can he propose on behalf of someone else.”
