نَا نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّفَّارِ ، نَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا قَبِيصَةُ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، " أَنَّهُ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا ، يَعْنِي رَجُلا تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " .
It is narrated about Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): He separated a husband and wife. The narrator states: "This refers to the person who got married while in the state of Ihram."
