Sayyiduna Busrah bin Abu Busrah Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He married a virgin girl without seeing her, and later he found the girl to be pregnant. So the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) separated the husband and wife. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that the girl be given her dowry, because her private part had been made lawful. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When she gives birth to the child, then carry out the prescribed punishment on her."
