حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَاسِينَ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ ، قَالَ : " تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا فِي سِتْرِهَا فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ حُبْلَى ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا ، وَالْوَلَدُ عَبْدٌ لَكَ فَإِذَا وَلَدَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا " ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ ، هُوَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ.
Saeed bin Musayyib narrates the statement of an Ansari companion: I married a virgin girl without seeing her. (After the wedding) when I went to her, she was pregnant. I presented myself before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Because her private part was made lawful for you, she will receive the dowry, and her child will be your slave, and when she gives birth to the child, the people should stone her." The same narration is also transmitted from Safwan bin Salim through another chain.
