نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقُوهُسْتَانِيُّ نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ ، أنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ ، وَلِلثَّيِّبِ نَصِيبٌ مِنْ أَمْرِهَا مَا لَمْ تَدْعُ إِلَى سَخْطَةٍ ، فَإِنْ دَعَتْ إِلَى سَخْطَةٍ ، وَكَانَ أَوْلِيَاؤُهَا يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الرِّضَا ، رُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ " ، قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : قُلْتُ لِعِيسَى : آخِرُ الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ ، قَالَ : هَكَذَا الْحَدِيثُ فَلا أَدْرِي.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A virgin girl should not be married until her permission is sought, and a previously married woman has authority over herself, as long as she does not incline towards displeasure. If she inclines towards displeasure and her guardian inclines towards consent, then this case will be presented before the ruler of the time." Ishaq says: I asked Isa: Is the last part of the narration transmitted from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? He replied: "I do not know, but the narration is as such."
