نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَاضِي ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرَّقِّيُّ ، نَا مَعْمَرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيَّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ : " نَكَحَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي الْمُنْذِرِ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا " ،.
Abu Salamah reports: A man from the Banu Mundhir married off his daughter, but the girl did not like (that relationship). She came to the service of the Prophet (peace be upon him), so the Prophet (peace be upon him) annulled her marriage.
